Matters Arising:
Agreed on Constitution

Elected - Chair Heather Rogers; Treasurer James Smith; Secretary Di Toms

Apple Day - Carol & Heather manned stand at the event & were run off their feet all day.  20 people gave email address for mailing updates & our membership increased.

Meeting to be held at the Fox on Monday 26th October at 8pm with Gill Daniel - sustainability contact on Horsham Council

Membership Report:

Discussed increasing membership numbers
 
Have focus projects to help increase numbers

One project in mind is to attract men for membership to SR as James is our token male at present ie gadgets which men seem into

Have social event to welcome new members
Getting to know you social evening  - Heather to email new members re: evening to be held in November

Projects:

Schools - Carol to contact Carol re: Green Committee at Rudgwick Primary School with view to possibly joining
Heather to contact Penthorpe to see is they have a Green Committee - by showing support to otheres hope to increase awareness of SR

Preservation; Biodiversity; Parish Council; Church & Chapel; Youth Club; - Heather
Garden Association; WI; Rudgwick Wives - Di
R Men; Cider Society; Scouts; - James
Social Club; Tots/Toddler group; Carol/Di

with view to increasing awareness by working with other group doing presentations, etc;

Parish Magazine - New Year's Resolution 10-10 Campaign - James

Earth Hour - March 31 2010 - discussed possibly using Rudgwick Hall for function for this even.  Di to contact Barbara Kenwood Parish Clerk

Cinema Evening - having an evening - Di to contact Barbara Kenwood
